In the CA-50 race, Busby (D) loses to Bilbray (R). Loses. As in "doesn't win". But, to the left, its a "Moral Victory".
Maybe it was her saying "You don't need papers for voting. You don't need to be a registered voter to help.” that doomed her. Maybe she was just speaking the truth for her party. Maybe the rest of us don't like what they are peddling.
