BAGHDAD, Iraq - U.S. forces and Iraqi troops launched what the military described as the largest air assault since the 2003 U.S.-led invasion Thursday, targeting insurgent strongholds north of the capital. Brilliant! Who clued the reporters that Ops. often last for more than 30 minutes? It's not a sitcom, or an hour long episode of "American Idol". These endeavors often last for days, sometimes weeks. What? Now we are supposed to sit on the edge of our seats, biting our nails? "Oh no! For days? I can't believe it!" Morons.
