Black Rifles

Wow... it only took the MSM about 5 years to catch on to their new buzzword "Black Rifle". The phrase "pocket rocket", which was coined by gun mags back in the late 90's, made it into political parlance when various windbags from the left decided that small handguns were the new plague upon the land.

NBC wasted no time in turning this into an anti gun hit piece. Surprised? No. Surprised only in the fact it has taken this long to drum up some yellow journalism on firearms since the Virginia Tech incident.

However, there are far more educated gun owners now thanks to the electronic medium. Ironic.

Finally... to the anti gun left: Fuck you. That's it... just "Fuck you". You'd rather have child molesters and terrorists in our midst than tools that would ultimately save you.

Vegans sentenced for starving their baby

ATLANTA (AP) - A vegan couple were sentenced Wednesday to life in prison for the death of their malnourished 6-week-old baby boy, who was fed a diet largely consisting of soy milk and apple juice. Superior Court Judge L.A. McConnell imposed the mandatory sentences on Jade Sanders, 27, and Lamont Thomas, 31. Their son, Crown Shakur, weighed just 3 1/2 pounds when he died of starvation on April 25, 2004....

This kid didn't even have a fighting chance. But surely the enlightened wisdom of our liberal overlords knew that such a diet was not suited for an infant.... right? Where are the demands of 'accountability'? I'm sure this will get glossed over and ignored.

After the Virgina Tech incident, the media and the left are going full bore for more gun grabbing laws. Of course, it took less than a day to blame the GOP, the President, and the NRA.

All I have to say about this Cho fellow is "Thanks, assclown... You should have taken the first round yourself." His actions have swung the pedulum back toward the left for more legislation. Laws that would have not stopped him regardless. Legally purchased, but no one has the ability to see intent. Who is at fault? He is. Not the movies that he watched, or the "trauma" he suffered growing up, or our horrible society. Him and him alone. Seeing the sheep bray at the supposed cause and who do we throw under the bus next for accountability tells me that they fail to understand personal responsibility.

Operation Baghdad begins

Iraqi Army and Multi-National Division – Baghdad Soldiers uncovered more than 1,100 81mm high-explosive mortar rounds at a cache near the main highway, Route Tampa, leading into the Iraqi capital Saturday.
Troops from 3rd Battalion, 4th Brigade, 6th Iraqi Army Division and Troop B, 1st Squadron, 89th Cavalry Regiment “Wolverines,” 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry), made the discovery during Operation Wolverine Alesia near Yusufiyah, Iraq, just 10 miles southwest of the capital.

A moment of silence and a prayer for those on the tip of the spear about to go into battle. Hopefully this new offensive will crush the enemy and reverse the bleeding that has been a non stop drip in the MSM. I'm sure the Dems are biting thier nails because it this works, they'll have to find a new spin on victory. Of course, we'll hardly hear about it if it does go well. Apparently victory is not news worthy. Only the defeat and humiliation of US foreign policy is the sound of music to the yellow bellied, guilt ridden left.

One down, more to go

An end of an era. With Saddam resting quietly with his 72 virgins, I'm almost nostalgic for the days when he was waving his SCUD missiles at everyone. At least we still have a whole list of dirtbags to go after.

One thing that I've noticed is the media has some bad grammar/ verb tense going on. I keep reading "Saddam to be hanged". Shouldn't he be "He will hang" or "Saddam to be hung". Maybe they don't teach english as a subject in journalism school. Must have been replaced by "How to sell out your country in time of war" and "Super sensitivity training as to not offend the enemy".
